I came up with that one in response to what I considered a nasty nativist tendency in the California electorate; as a fifth- or sixth-generation resident of the state, I tend to regard *anyone* born and raised out of state as a Damn Furriner. Since this population includes the present governor (chief high Poo-bah of the race- and nationality-baiters), a declaration of independence was in order.
