HUSTLE DANCE CLUB NEWS LETTER
May, 1999.
Attention Hustle fans, the Hustle USA Dance Championships, 1999, has changed
dates and location! The NEW dates are September 17th, 18th and 19th, 1999, the
NEW location is the Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel, 2 Meadowlands Plaza, East
Rutherford, New Jersey. For reservations call 201-896-0500 mention HUSTLE USA
for special room rates, $115.00 per night. Anyone having made reservations at
the Holiday Inn in New York may cancel without penalty, but do it soon.
Spring is finally here and we have just completed our first workshop for 1999
with Maria Torres and I would like to thank all of you who attended the workshop
and also booked privates. I would like to thank the following people, Steve Ahl,
Ava Apple, Audrianna Correa, Jay Larrick, Dennis McAffee, Robin Rebello, Allan
Rebello, Joy Ro, Heather Wagner and Steven Ward for all their assistance before,
during and after Maria Torres' workshop. HDC's next workshop will be Sunday June
13th with Angel Figueroa (see workshop schedule). Now that the Rising Star disco
weekend and the World Disco Dance Championships are over, there are three more
Hustle events left, Disco America's, Hustle Dance Championships in May, World
Disco Council's Hustlemania in August and Hustle USA's Hustle Dance Championships
in September, Plan on attending one or all these remaining events, it would be
an experience worth it's weight in gold!
