You need to that as administrators we do NOT control what content
appears in the news groups, unless the group is moderated by us. 

There for ANYONE can post information to ANY unmoderated newsgroup.  You
sending mass mailing to admins whose servers postings are passing though
to get to your server.  Also it is not required that you read these
adverts.  Once again admins do not control what there users post to
newsgroups unless they are moderated.  If your are having questions
regarding unwanted adverts it is best to confront those who submit the
postings.
