Hello Everybody,

Ton's of Spamboy, Jerry Reynolds (no, not the Netzilla Jerry Reynolds),
and DS-WWW spam is flowing from CEI.NET (please see my reports in
news.admin.net-abuse.bulletins).  Apparently, they do not intend to
terminate these accounts.  Eventually, they say they will install Spam
Hippo to solve the problem...*sigh*.  Here's a response I got:

  | be installing as soon as we possibly can. Our tech department is all
  | new, and will have to configure things from scratch before we get a
  | handle on this. We appreciate your cancellation on our behalf, and will
  | do our utmost to stop this mess once an for all...
