From this observation, I'd have to say that it is impossible to interpret the information in any way other than as Howard has seen it. Mark is a client or croney of Jerry 'SpamZilla' Reynolds, the most abusive Usenet spammer I've ever encountered. I'll be happy to share the hundreds of Mbytes of data, logs, queries, notes and probes I have on hand, but you'll probably do just fine by checking and doing some searches in the nana.* groups, using DejaNews. Along with documenting the history and misdeeds of the Netzilla Spam, Frad and Forgery Factory, I've gained a significant insight into this operation and its cast of scummy characters. I, personally, don't care what it is these lusers are selling. What ever it is, I ain't buying. Additionallly, every item of information I pick up, along the way, points to the head of this lowlife organization being a lying sack of fecal matter. I would believe no more of what Jerry Reynolds says, than I would, were it coming from any other known pathological liar. I guess that brings us up to Bruce's questioning Howard's, "'shall we shoot you now or later?' style." This isn't a court of law. There is no requirement of "proof beyond a reasonable doubt," as if it were a criminal case. We will often work with overwhelming circumstantial evidence and use it to prove our case. When it comes to the folks at SpamZilla, it is extremely tempting to assume one is guilty by association. In fact, its hard not to believe that anyone associated with this rogue of rogues organization is guilty, until proven otherwise. At this point, I think it is only appropriate to ask you, Mark, how is it that you have an email forwarding account at Netzilla? What other accounts do you have with this spamming sociopath, Jerry Reynolds?
