General information about Verio.net

Added 13 July 1998 due to excessive porn spam in Alt.sexual.abuse.recovery. Verio is (or was) also the host of the HotSexNow spammer.

Verio also hosts (as of July 2000) the "Hunters, Shooters README" spammer and the persistant "CYBERFEST 2000 HAS MOVED TO FRESNO!!" email spammer.
