I did make another reconnaissance mission a couple of weeks ago (outa the blue, I was running an errand on my way to the office), and to my surprise found the Cyber Promotions Inc. sign missing from the Dresher Professional Building (ground zero, for those of you who are cub mallets). I checked it out at my next opportunity, and found the office vacated to the bare walls, and a "For Rent" sign out front. Sure ain't the home of a successful new-media marketing company or anything. Couldn't tell all of you about it then, since there was the possibility of an appeal by Thpammy of the court decision against him in my junk fax case. Time ran out a week ago, and we've checked with the court--Wallace was fibbing when he told Bruce last week he'd filed an appeal--there is no appeal (tina?). We're preparing to have the Sheriff execute on the judgement, and are using several avenues of tracking down assets to seize. Meanwhile, Thpammy continues to flout the law with his junk faxes. I understand there's a pretty good line out the door of Bruce's office, and he'll be asking the judge to whack Thpammy personally for $1,500 for every one of them, since his repeated violation of the law even _after_ the judgement in my favor is prima facie evidence of "knowing and willful" violation. I'm not going to be a plaintiff in this one; he's stayed clear of my fax. So the guy who supposedly shrugged off a $2 million Earthlink settlement as a cost of doing business would rather hole up at his mother-in-law's instead of writing a check for a measley $1,588. Man, that's a kill! So the question posed to My Friends in Big (Really Big!)
