Senior Technical Writer BroadVision, Incorporated 1999-2001 Redwood City, CA Lead Writer for One-To-One Knowledge v4.1.0 and InfoExchange Portal. Duties included creating documentation plans and schedules, writing and updating documentation for JavaScript and Java classes, and updating the database schema for the products Developer's guide; this often involved reading code written in C++, JavaScript, and Java.
