Probix Trustee for Meetings Probix Trustee for Meetings enables you to remain in control of your documents at all times. With Probix Trustee for Meetings you can create, enforce, and manage usage policies on your confidential materials. This guarantees your documents are used only as intended.

To use Probix Trustee for Meetings:

• Log Into the Probix Trustee for Meetings Server.
• Enter the Sender Information.
• Set Up a List of Recipients.
• Attach Content.
• Set Up Policy Options.
• Send the Message.
