To activate or suspend a manager:

1. In the Manager Administration tool, select one or more managers to be activated or suspended.

   Use the left mouse button to select each manager you want to activate or suspend.

   Left-clicking on a manager and pressing the Shift key as you move your cursor selects a consecutive set of managers. Press the Ctrl key and left-click individual managers to select multiple non-consecutive managers.

2. Change the status of the selected managers.

   Click the button to move managers from the Active column to the Suspended column, thus suspending them, or click the button to move managers from the Suspended column to the Active column, thus activating them.
