To activate or suspend a right:

1. In the Rights Administration tool, select one or more rights to be activated or suspended.

   Use the left mouse button to select each right you want to activate or suspend.

   Left-clicking on a user name and pressing the Shift key as you move your cursor selects a consecutive set of rights. Press the Ctrl key and left-click individual rights to select multiple non-consecutive rights.

2. Change the status of the selected rights.

   Click the button to move rights from the Active column to the Suspended column, thus suspending them, or click the button to move rights from the Suspended column to the Active column, thus activating them.
