To add a customer, click Add. The Add Customer form appears.
Enter the following fields:
Note: Fields marked with * are required fields.
| *Customer: | the name of the customer as it will appear in the Active and Suspended columns, as well as in the Manager pull-down menu |

| Auth Name: | the user name needed for the proxy server |
| Password: | the password for the customer. Enter it under the “New” and “Confirm” boxes |
| *Probix Server Address: | the IP address of the Probix Trustee policy server |
| Probix Server Port: | the HTTP port (default value:80) |
| Encryption Algorithm: | from the pull-down menu, select AES, DES, or Triple DES |
| Hash Algorithm: | from the pull-down menu, select SHA or MD5 |
| Policy Source: | from the pull-down menu, select Database on Probix Server, Redirect URL, or Protected Content |
| Server Location: | the physical location of the server (text) |
| Time Zone: | from the pull-down menu, select the appropriate time zone |
| Description: | an optional text description of the customer |
| Reseller Company Name: | the name of the company from which the documents are delivered. Appears in the phrase, "Documents protected by Probix TrusteeTM have been delivered to you by reseller" (optional). |
| Reseller Company URL: | a valid URL for the reseller’s Web site; this appears on invitations and notifications (optional). |
| Reseller Sales E-mail Address: | a valid e-mail address for the reseller’s sales department to which people can send e-mail to to request more information (optional). |
| Reseller Notification E-mail Address: | the return e-mail address on notifications (optional). |
| Reseller Diagnostic Page URL: | a valid URL for the Probix Trustee diagnostic software (support) page on the reseller’s system (optional). |
| Reseller Logo Text: | Trademarked spelling of the reseller company’s name (optional). |
| Reseller Alternate Logo Text: | corporate slogan or motto used by the reseller (optional). |
| Reseller Partnership Text: | text explaining the relationship between Probix and the reseller. For example, "partnered with" as in "Probix Trustee partnered with reseller" (optional). |
| Trusted Exception List: | any executables you want Probix Trustee to not treat as a "rogue application." Note that screen capturing is totally disabled while protected content is being accessed (optional). |
Click OK to add the customer, or Cancel to return the the Customers Administration tool.
