To activate or suspend content:

  1. In the Content Administration tool, select one or more content items to be activated or suspended.

    Use the left mouse button to select each content item name you want to activate or suspend.

    Left-clicking on a group and pressing the Shift key as you move your cursor selects a consecutive set of content items. Press the Ctrl key and left-click individual content items to select multiple non-consecutive content items.

  2. Change the status of the selected content items.

    Click the button to move content from the Active column to the Suspended column, thus suspending them, or click the button to move content from the Suspended column to the Active column, thus activating them.
