To add rights to a policy, in the Edit Policy tab, below and to the left of Accounts, click Add. The Rights form appears.

In the Rights form:

• Select one or more rights to be appended to this policy. You can also use the Right Search box to search for an exact right.
• Choose one of the following:
  • Select the box to the left of Allow infinite right invocations to grant the users and groups in this policy no limit to the number of times they can access the content as specified in this policy.
  • Select the box to the left of Limit max number of right invocations to limit the number of times the users and groups in this policy can access the content. If you select this button, you must enter an integer specifying the numbe of times the users and groups can access the content.
• Click the Send notification when right is invoked if you want one or more users to be notified when the content is accessed.

Note: Suspended rights are grayed-out.

Click OK to add the rights, or click Cancel to abort the addition.

Next, if you checked the Send notification when right is invoked you must add a notification user to the policy.

Otherwise, you must next add a schedule to the policy.
