We remember Tyler running about in the house while we looked at Mac as a puppy. Mac is doing well. He is full of energy and has been for 14 years. In the last two years he has slowed down but still strong for being 16 years old. He has a strong craving for beef jerky and will knock on the door to get some.

I know words from a stranger can probably do little to comfort you at this most sad time in your lives, but I know from your tender sentiments in relating her demise how much you must have loved this sweet eskie and how devoted she was to you and you to her. Barkley must have been truly blessed to have such a wonderful life with you as you describe her with such kindness and sincere concern for her happiness both here and at the time that she slipped away from us to another reality. Comments:	Denzyl has spent much time this year on the eskie campaign trail with his handler. He's still the most intuitive, best behaved, and most charismatic eskie I've ever known. Denzyl never meets a stranger and really loves to show. He has charmed many judges and dog show patrons alike and is currently ranked third in breed and all breed. Today he got a group four in Elk City, OK. He would love to be at the reunion tomorrow, as would I, but he wants to keep his show momentum going right now, so we hope to come next year.

Comments:	Hi Ruth and fellow Eskie fans! Thanks for the invitation to the Reunion. We wish we could come, but distance interferes, since we're in Colorado. But we'd like contribute pictures (sending in email) and a few words about Mika, our 4 year old Eskie, nephew of the famous Westminster winner! Mika is our fourth American Eskimo, over a period of 40 years, and although we loved them all, he is the best. Beautiful -- we can't take him anywhere without people stopping to admire him! He has the gait of an aristocrat and the coat to go with it. Affectionate, loyal, smart -- he's a wonderful pet. He has his way of teaching everyone his favorite game, which is to actually toss a ball towards someone and wait for it to be thrown back to him. He prefers a position on a staircase so it's easier for him to throw! He's been known to entertain as many as 10 adult humans at a time with his antics... Mika saved us from a water-disaster by standing at the basement door and barking persistently, apparently for no reason. But when we went downstairs to check, there was water pouring in from a broken pipe that only he could hear. When he needs a little extra attention, he rolls over on his back with his ball in his mouth and waits to be praised for his 'trick'. In short, he's a great little companion, good natured and calm except for the occasional Eskimo enthusiasm... So thank you Ruth for our doggie! And best wishes to everyone at the party. Comments:	Denzyl is such a wonderful baby and we feel very lucky to have been blessed with him. He makes our eskie family feel more complete (we now have three eskies). In addition to keeping his sister Laci in line by a gentle, yet firm, hold on her tail when she gets a little too neurotic, he also loves to play with her and, especially with Nemo, a same age eskie who doubles as a ring-side steward dog when we go to shows. It was an especially wet day here in Mississippi. During his off time from going to the office with me (I take turns taking one of them with me to work each day.), he apparently learned the art of jumping from one piece of upholstered furniture in the great room to another piece today in a manner not too different from a favorite niece when she was four-years-old and pretending to be Wonder Woman in her Underoos she had gotten for Christmas. Anyway, just wanted the rest of the Silveroaks world to have a glimpse of how much fun we are having with Denzyl. We have decided that he was a very special "gift" and hope that he will always be as happy with us as we are with him.

Comments:	Elise, thanks so much for doing this web site. It is wonderful! For those of you who are interested: Tyler and Onya are now 11 and 12 respectively. Together they produced Lexie, who is the mom of Hana, Liberty and Piper, just to name a few. She is now five and has had three litters by three very different but wonderful fathers. And she is a great mom. Dollie is the daughter of Onya and Sweet William (from Oregon). She is the first AKC champion/UKC grand champion I bred. She had one litter of six puppies two years ago and is now expecting again in early August. Tyler and Jasmine are the parents of the sisters Ting Ting and Flash, who now have puppies of their own! Ting Ting and her puppiesTeddy and Kodiac will be at the reunion. Flash and her puppies in Italy can't make it this year. Imp and Annie were both purchased from a breeder in Indiana. Annie has three surviving puppies. One, Casey is in the bay area. Imp and Shooter had 5 boys and one girl. One of the boys, Frankie, is the father of Ting Ting's puppies.
